After I visited Superkilen Park in Copenhagen, I made my over to Fætter Fætter, a toast bar with the wittest menu I have ever encountered.

Fætter Fætter has a selection of toasts topped with loads of cheeses, avocado, and greens. The names of these delicious toasts are brilliant-- Cheesus Christ, and Tuna Meltdown! ;)

This was one of my favorite spots in Copenhagen because of how delicious and fairly priced everything is!

3 cheese (Swiss Gruyere + Emmentaler + Danish White), with rocket pesto

Avocado Goat

Sourdough Bread + Avocado + Greens topped with Goat Cheese
