The sun is beginning to shine, flowers are blooming, finally spring is upon us! I’ve never been a fan of pastels, to me spring beauty is about a polished look, with flawless skin, glowing cheeks, and a pop of color on the lips.

To have a smooth, flawless base, I recommend the Chanel Vitalumière Aqua foundation, it’s very light and doesn’t feel like you have foundation on. A touch of the YSL Touche Éclatunder a color corrector is great way to add brightness to your face, and to seal everything use the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Color Powder, I mean look at how gorgeous the compact is!

One of my favorite elements of spring makeup, are glowing, pink cheeks. Nars blush in Orgasm, award winning and a cult classic, is flattering for a variety of skin tones, and Charlotte Tilbury’s Colour of Youth is a beautiful cream blush, and probably my favorite cheek color. Speaking of favorites, Chanel’s Les Beiges Healthy Glow in Marinière N2, is the best bronzer, it’ll make your cheeks look like they were touched by the sun. Lastly, is the stunning Bar of Gold highlighter from Charlotte Tilbury, I think the name says it all...

If you’re more into a glossy lip definitely try the pinky coral YSL Kiss and Blush N13, the ultra glossy YSL Volupte Tint-in-Oil, or Burberry’s Kisses Gloss in Rosewood. If you just want a glow on your lips my all time favorite lip balm is from Fresh; Rosé, Tulip, and Petal are the perfect pinks for spring.

The prettiest spring eyeshadow palette is the YSL Couture Variation Palette in nude, from pinks, sparkling beiges, and browns, you can create a simple or dramatic eye. To add the final polish, touch up your brows with Burberry Effortless Eyebrow Definer, and make sure your lashes are long, lifted, and curled with Benefit's Roller Lash.
